Summary

An iconic renovation that connects shopping, dining, and co-working while redefining the city skyline.

Redefining urban synergy

The project’s vision is to establish a dynamic connection between Lyngby Storcenter and the new hotel. At the same time, the hotel will offer exclusive features like a rooftop restaurant and co-working spaces, creating a hub that welcomes the public and enhances the city’s bustling character.

Merging architecture with sustainability and community

The design retains the high-rise’s core structure to significantly reduce its environmental footprint. The façade’s warm, brown tones, punctuated by vertical aluminium elements and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, bring elegance and lightness to the city’s tallest building. The rooftop’s curved terrace not only adds visual intrigue but also invites people to experience the city from its highest vantage point.

A hotel that elevates Lyngby

The revitalised high-rise blends hospitality, retail, and public spaces into a single, cohesive design. Co-working areas, vibrant terraces, and a rooftop dining venue contribute to Lyngby’s community spirit and urban energy. The integration of climate-conscious measures ensures that the project meets modern environmental standards while preserving resources through adaptive reuse.
