This 10,000 m² large angular formed building in Čiurlionio Street in Vilnius alternates from 4 to 9 to 7 storeys, and blends different functions such as a hotel, luxury apartments, offices and shops.
An orthogonal pattern of narrow bright lines accentuate the slabs at each floor level and snake around the balconies. The windows are from floor to ceiling and screened by full height timber shutters that move in parallel with the facade and create their own rhythm. The development has a very simple and delicate expression with variations in height and depth.
