Over the course of many years, PLH has provided its consultancy and advisory services in the planning and implementation of major projects for both the public and private sectors.In its simplest definition, client advisory is the act of safeguarding the client’s needs and requirements, both explicit and implicit. Consultancy services follow a carefully planned brief that developed in collaboration with the client. The brief can include an analysis of the needs, feasibility studies, budget framework, time scheduling, site assessment and building appraisal, and contractual and legal liabilities. PLH continually develops and revises the decision-making process for a given project, which often requires an assessment of the client’s internal organizational structure and change management strategy.

In the capacity of the client advisor, PLH works as an independent and impartial consultant. We provide holistic advisory services that cover all aspects of the building process. We utilize the full range of our in-house competencies and expertise, as well as our extensive network of external consultants. The broad extent of our professional capabilities ensures that the client gets the best consultant in all aspects of the project. We listen, consults, and ask questions so the client gets clarified the needs that creates values for everyone.
