The vast production halls of the former soya bean factory have been converted into a modern, functional workplace.

The open floors are characterized by the dominant structural columns and vast, coloured floor surfaces. Meeting rooms and offices stand out from the open office landscape with their full height glazed partitions. Each floor is finished in its unique colour scheme – white, yellow, red and black – that appears through floor finishes and cladding around the cores. The other building surfaces are humble, industrial materials that give the environment an informal, relaxed tone, and build up the atmosphere of the place.

The new penthouse has a light construction in steel and glass with outstanding views over the harbour and surroundings.
