PLH has designed and implemented a new global workplace concept for Coca-Cola Nordic Services’ new offices at Waterfront in Hellerup. The process has been undertaken locally and virtually, with project stakeholders also located throughout Europe and America. Via a weekly teleconference, and on-line correspondence, Coca-Cola’s global requirements for technical installations, Facilities Management, multi-media and branding have been woven into the project.
In the initial stages, the process involved design workshops with Coca-Cola’s UK workplace strategist. These were followed by various sessions with the Coca-Cola’s steering committee, project manager and client advisor, where PLH had the key role of ensuring that the design, budget and outcomes aligned with the various stakeholder expectations, both locally and globally.
PLH has assisted in the office move’s change management process through activities such as a site visit and presentation of the concept to all staff.
