Trends & Traditions: Hear Paulette speak on the topic ‘Office trends – Collaborative spaces or back to the enclosed office?’

Experience partner at PLH Arkitekter Paulette Christophersen talk at this years’ Trends & Traditions on the topic ‘Office trends – Collaborative spaces or back to the enclosed office?’

The myth is that creatives are super excited about busy collaborative spaces characterized by a vibrant atmosphere, informal short meetings and a constant flow of ideas exchange. On the other hand, employees who need to concentrate and have zero-failure-tolerance are struggling in open collaborative spaces.

“In reality, we do not talk about open plan offices anymore,” says Paulette. “We talk about employees needing to work in groups and that collaboration can take place in spaces of varying sizes and design. It is within the group setting that people can find a sense of community, security and room for contemplation,” says Paulette.

Paulette takes part in the Sofa Talk this Thursday at 3.30 pm.
Also, partner in CF Møller Mads Mandrup and CEO of Emeco Gregg Buchbinder are participating.
